"We didn’t miss a payment on our commercial rental insurance. Made 3 payments. Get an email them telling us they will are cancelling our policy because we didn’t have a three year loss history report. We were honest and transparent and provided documentation for one year only and we were approved. Our annual premium was $4729.63 and monthly payment was $394.13. They cancelled our policy and sent us a refund check of one penny. A month after that, a bill for $663.61 for “premiums earned”. I asked them to provided signed documentation justifying this. They only offered a conference call to answer questions. I insisted on signed documentation and they said to get a subpoena. As of today, this bill is now in collections. With this increase, our annual premium was now around $7300 and our monthly payment would’ve been $615.33. I hope they sue me for slander because they will only end up proving my case. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general of Kentucky and a complaint with the BBB. I have another policy with them on a single family home rental with zero issues but my other policy was handled extremely poorly. They have lost a customer for LIFE. I am looking for another carrier for the other policy."

"The absolute worst agent! She expects her staff to handle customers but doesn’t give them the tools to discuss our concerns! Every time we receive concerning letters from State Farm home office, which she is their agent and c.c.’d about, she NEVER has the information in our file for her staff to handle. She must sit back and expect the place to run on its own! Shameful! We were given to her from our retired previous agent Bill Rhea, who I’m sure was trying to help her out with business. This behavior is the reason for buying direct through the company."
